Our goal is to provide every guest with a safe, relaxing, and satisfying experience, and we kindly ask clients to review and follow our salon policies to help ensure a smooth visit for all.

 

The salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who displays inappropriate behavior or does not follow salon rules. Clients must inform their technician of any relevant health conditions, such as allergies, diabetes, blood-thinning medication, or nail infections, before services begin. All prices are listed on our menu, and clients should confirm services and pricing with their technician in advance.

 

 

We stand behind our work and offer complimentary service corrections for application-related issues within 7 days of the original appointment when booked ahead. Repairs outside this timeframe, or damage caused by improper care or external factors, may incur additional charges. While refunds are not provided, we are committed to addressing service-related concerns.

 

 

For fairness and consistent quality, we use a technician rotation system that assigns guests based on availability and expertise. Specific technician requests cannot be guaranteed, but we will always ensure clients are in capable hands. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, children must be supervised at all times, and photos or videos are not permitted without consent.
